The Company has built click fraud protected advertising distribution technologies for the performance-based advertising, search marketing, and e-retailing industries.   The ValidClick Network serves pay-per-click search advertising, local search advertising, shopping comparison and coupon content to over 1,000 search engines and web directories processing over 60 million searches per month.   The company's real-time click fraud prevention technology and local keyword mapping algorithms allow Litmus to secure partnerships with tier-one search engines and paid content providers, and in turn, allows Litmus to provide higher revenues-per-click to search publishers.

Merchant Solutions

The Company provides merchants with revolutionary patent-pending order abandonment recovery technologies and coupon/product feed distribution services. Our merchant solutions help online retailers drastically increase ROI with little or no additional investment.

Web Properties

The Company leverages its proprietary technologies to develop and operate leading local directories, community portals, a meta shopping search engine, and an affinity-based web search engine.

John Linden - Chief Executive Officer

John joined Litmus Media in early 2005.  He developed the company’s coupon and product comparison distribution systems and co-invented the click fraud detection technology for ValidClick.  Prior to Litmus Media, he was the Executive Vice President of Marketing for Positive Networks, Inc., a leader in managed VPN services.  He has also served as Chief Technology Officer for Adknowledge and Virtumundo, Inc., and co-invented several industry leading Internet marketing technologies.  Mr. Linden started his Internet career in 1996 as the Founder and CEO of Planet Alumni, Inc. which later became Reunion.com.

Tobias Teeter - President and General Counsel

Tobias founded Litmus Media (fka Disruptive Advertising Technologies, Inc.) in 1999 when he launched the JumptoYourCity.com city guide network. Under his leadership and vision, the company has since launched many successful web properties, applications, and content distribution platforms that power thousands of leading search sites and online stores. Previously, Mr. Teeter was a corporate attorney and Director of ISP Relations for Adknowledge, Inc. a Kansas City-based online marketing company. Mr. Teeter is a member of the Missouri Bar and holds a B.S. degree in Insurance and Risk Management from Missouri State University, a J.D. from the University of Missouri School of Law, and attended the MU MBA program.
